Tracking Your Order

International Orders (Customs & Duties)
DRMCHSRS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the carrier to release your package.
Address Errors & Lost Packages
Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost Items: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, DRMCHSRS is no longer liable for the package. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking number.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any additional import fees or return costs incurred.
